Consolidation in Meble Wójcik

On the 1^st of July the consolidation of our three companies, i.e.: Wójcik Fabryka Mebli, Fabryka Mebli Stolpłyt and Żuławska Fabryka Mebli into one company took place. Wójcik Fabryka Mebli is the entity which acquired all the rights and obligations of the other two and changed its name to Meble Wójcik Sp. z o.o.

The merger of the companies completes the internal modifications which have been carried out for a long time now and whose aim is to optimize production and administrative processes as well as the implementation of the new IT system. We are fully convinced, that the joined capacities of the 3 plants will have a positive impact on both our cooperation standard with Clients and Trading Partners and simplifying and standardasing the principles, which function inside our company.

The consolidation resulted in the personal changes. Piotr Wójcik is the new President of Management Board of the company Meble Wójcik Sp. z o.o. He took over the responsibilities from his father, Leszek Wójcik, who became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company.
